Tailored Volume and Harmony

Breast augmentation (augmentation mammoplasty) is one of the most transformative procedures for body contouring. Whether you are seeking to restore volume lost after pregnancy and weight loss, correct natural asymmetries, or simply achieve a fuller cup size, our approach focuses on proportionate, natural-looking results that complement your entire body frame.

Premium Implants

We utilize the latest generation of cohesive gel (gummy bear) silicone implants, known for their incredibly natural feel, durability, and safety.

Custom 3D Profiling

During your consultation, we carefully measure your chest width and breast base to select an implant profile (low, moderate, or high) that fits your exact anatomy.

Are You a Candidate for Breast Augmentation?

A successful augmentation relies on healthy tissue and clear aesthetic goals. Your surgeon will evaluate your skin elasticity and existing breast tissue to ensure you receive the safest and most beautiful outcome.

Ideal Candidates

  • Desire increased volume, projection, or cleavage
  • Wish to restore breast fullness lost after pregnancy or weight loss
  • Want to correct noticeable breast asymmetry
  • Have fully developed breasts (typically 18+ years old)
  • Are in good general health with realistic expectations

Needs Evaluation

  • Significant breast sagging (ptosis) — may require a Breast Lift alongside implants
  • Currently pregnant, nursing, or planning a pregnancy soon
  • Unresolved breast health issues or abnormal mammograms
  • Active smokers (must quit weeks prior to ensure safe healing)

A Standard of Surgical Excellence

Your safety is our absolute priority. Our operating theaters adhere to strict ISO-9001 sterilization protocols. We utilize board-certified anesthesiologists and advanced surgical techniques to minimize tissue trauma, resulting in less bruising and a faster, more comfortable recovery.

Our Islamabad clinical suite, equipped with state-of-the-art monitoring and surgical technology.

Choosing Your Method: Implants vs. Fat Transfer

While silicone implants are the gold standard for significant size increases, autologous fat transfer (moving your own fat from your abdomen or thighs to your breasts) offers a subtle, entirely natural alternative for those seeking a modest enhancement.

Factor Silicone Implants Autologous Fat Transfer
Size Increase Significant (Multiple cup sizes possible) Modest (Typically 0.5 to 1 cup size)
Shape & Projection High control over upper pole fullness and projection Softer, natural slope; relies on existing breast shape
Material Medical-grade cohesive silicone gel Your body's own purified fat cells
Incisions Small incision under the breast fold or around the areola Tiny cannula punctures for liposuction and injection
Longevity 10 to 15 years on average (may require future exchange) Permanent for the surviving fat cells, though weight fluctuations affect size

The Surgical Process

From precise pre-operative sizing to the final placement, here is how we ensure a beautiful outcome.

1

Consultation & Sizing

We analyze your chest wall dimensions, skin elasticity, and aesthetic goals. You will try on external sizers to visually determine the ideal implant volume and profile before making a final decision.

2

Anesthesia & Preparation

On procedure day, you will be placed under general anesthesia by our board-certified anesthesiologist, ensuring you are completely asleep and pain-free throughout the 1 to 2-hour surgery.

3

Incision & Pocket Creation

The surgeon makes a precise incision—most commonly in the inframammary fold (under the breast crease) to hide the scar. A pocket is then carefully created, usually "dual-plane" (partially under the chest muscle) for the most natural slope.

4

Implant Placement & Symmetry Check

The sterile implants are carefully inserted into the pockets. The surgeon sits you up on the operating table to verify perfect symmetry, cleavage spacing, and projection.

5

Closure & Recovery

Incisions are closed with multi-layered, dissolvable sutures and surgical tape. You will wake up in our recovery suite wearing a specialized surgical support bra.

Your Recovery Journey

Understanding the "Drop and Fluff" process as your body adapts to its new shape.

Day 1–3
Your chest will feel tight, swollen, and heavy. Prescription medication will manage soreness. You must sleep on your back elevated with pillows.
Week 1–2
Most patients return to desk jobs. Swelling begins to decrease. You must continue wearing the surgical bra day and night, avoiding any lifting over 5 lbs.
Week 3–6
Implants sit high initially but will now begin to "drop" into their natural pocket, and the lower pole will "fluff" out, revealing the true shape. Light cardio can resume at week 4.
Month 3–6
The implants fully settle into their final position. The tissues relax, making the breasts look and feel completely natural. You can transition to regular underwire bras.

Honest About Risks, Serious About Safety

While breast augmentation is highly routine, it is a major surgery. We prioritize total transparency during your consultation so you can make an informed, confident decision.

  • Capsular Contracture: The body forms a scar tissue capsule around the implant. Rarely, this capsule tightens and squeezes the implant, requiring revision surgery.
  • Sensation Changes: Temporary numbness or hypersensitivity in the nipples is common for a few weeks, though rarely permanent.
  • Implant Longevity: FDA-approved implants are highly durable but are not considered lifelong devices; they may need replacement after 10-15 years due to natural wear or aesthetic changes.
  • MRI Screenings: The FDA recommends routine MRI screenings for silicone implants every few years to check for silent ruptures.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will implants affect my ability to breastfeed?

In most cases, breast augmentation does not interfere with breastfeeding, especially when the incision is made in the inframammary fold (under the breast) and placed under the muscle, leaving the milk ducts intact.

Should the implant go over or under the muscle?

We predominantly use a "dual-plane" placement (partially under the pectoralis muscle). This provides a more natural slope, hides the top edge of the implant perfectly, and lowers the risk of capsular contracture.

How long will the results last?

While the implants themselves are durable, they are not lifetime devices. On average, patients choose to exchange or remove them after 10 to 15 years due to natural body changes, aging, or a desire for a different size.

Do I need a breast lift along with implants?

If your nipples sit below your inframammary fold (the breast crease), implants alone will not correct the sagging; they will simply make a sagging breast larger. A combined augmentation-mastopexy (lift with implants) is required to restore youthfulness.

Are silicone implants safe?

Yes. We use premium, FDA-approved cohesive gel (gummy bear) implants. If ruptured, the gel holds its shape and does not leak into the surrounding tissues like older generations of liquid silicone.

Where will the scars be?

The most common and inconspicuous incision is the inframammary incision, hidden entirely within the natural crease under the breast. Once faded, it is exceptionally difficult to see.
